South Carolina ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The South Carolina Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report with the Department of Revenue. The forms are mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company in advance of the due date. The Secretary of State does not charge a fee to file the Annual Report.

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
